2. Data Stored on Your Device

The app Spirelon stores game progress, settings, highscores and your chosen player name locally on your device. This data is not transmitted anywhere unless described below.

3. Analytics (Optional, Opt-In)

On first launch you are asked whether gameplay analytics may be collected via Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies, a data processor on our behalf). If you consent, anonymized data such as device model, RAM tier and gameplay events (e.g. missions completed, items used) is transmitted to Unity's servers. No name, e-mail address or other directly identifying data is included. You can withdraw consent or delete this data at any time via in-app Settings → Privacy. Declining has no effect on gameplay.

4. Google Play & In-App Purchases

Downloads and in-app purchases are processed by the Google Play Store, including purchase receipts used to verify and grant in-game currency. Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy

5. Advertising (Planned)

A future update may add optional rewarded video ads to earn in-game currency. This policy will be updated with the ad provider's data practices before that feature is released.

6. International Data Transfers

Unity Technologies and Google may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses apply.

7. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–21)

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, as well as the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior processing. 2. Auf dem Gerät gespeicherte Daten

Die App Spirelon speichert Spielfortschritt, Einstellungen, Highscores und den gewählten Spielernamen lokal auf deinem Gerät. Diese Daten werden nicht übertragen, sofern unten nichts anderes beschrieben ist.

3. Analytics (optional, Opt-In)

Beim ersten Start wirst du gefragt, ob anonymisierte Gameplay-Daten über Unity Gaming Services (Unity Technologies als Auftragsverarbeiter) erfasst werden dürfen. Bei Zustimmung werden z. B. Gerätemodell, RAM-Klasse und Spielereignisse übertragen – ohne Name, E-Mail oder andere direkt identifizierende Daten. Du kannst die Zustimmung jederzeit über Einstellungen → Datenschutz widerrufen und die Daten löschen lassen. Eine Ablehnung hat keine Auswirkung auf das Spiel.

4. Google Play & In-App-Käufe

Downloads und In-App-Käufe werden über den Google Play Store abgewickelt, einschließlich der Kaufbelege zur Verifizierung und Gutschrift von Spielwährung. Es gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Google: policies.google.com/privacy

5. Werbung (geplant)

Ein zukünftiges Update kann optionale Rewarded-Video-Werbung zum Verdienen von Spielwährung enthält. Diese Erklärung wird vor der Einführung um die Datenpraktiken des Werbeanbieters ergänzt.

6. Internationale Datenübermittlung

Unity Technologies und Google können Daten außerhalb des Europäischen Wirtschaftsraums verarbeiten. In diesen Fällen gelten geeignete Garantien wie Standardvertragsklauseln.

7. Deine Rechte (DSGVO Art. 15–21)

Du hast das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung, Widerspruch und Datenübertragbarkeit sowie das Recht, eine erteilte Einwilligung jederzeit zu widerrufen. Kontakt: contact@bitrylon-studio.de. Dir steht zudem ein Beschwerderecht bei einer Aufsichtsbehörde zu.
